Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Your personal WhatsApp is enough (the WhatsApp Business app works too). No Meta API.
Do I need to install anything in Odoo?
No. Nothing on the server, no module.
Which Odoo versions?
18, 19 and 20 — Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted.
Do my messages go through your servers?
No. We only keep a counter (number of messages sent and saved per day), for the free trial and statistics. See the privacy policy.
Does my team see my messages?
Only the ones you send from Odoo or choose to save, as internal notes, with Odoo's usual access rights.
Does it work on mobile?
No. The extension runs in Chrome on a computer (WhatsApp Web).

Could WhatsApp block my number?
The extension sends the way you would by hand, with pace limits. Don't use it for bulk messaging.
